The official organizers of the Forum are the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic. The coordinator of the Russian side are assigned to the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

The Forum program includes: plenary session in the format of Russia-China business dialogue, the Congress of Russian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce to promote computer-technology and innovative products and conduct individual meetings.

A wide range of investment, bank-to-bank, hi-tech, agricultural, energy, construction and other issues will be covered by the Forum Speakers and Participants.  

Chairman of NAPI, Igor Vdovin, will take part in the Forum as a Spaeker. He will present the Beijing RSPP Project Ofiice.
